Also prefer with good reputation and do not make restrictions.

Don't think such services exist in Canada.
And if the posters above are right and youre trying to scam Dell using a stolen card (is that the reason for your forum username...?) you got the WRONG forum friend.

lol ... My friend i'm not from Canada i do have stealth Canadian paypal and want to buy gaming laptop from Dell Canada so need a reship to get the item ... your imaginations guys are raped af lol
