Stealth Neteller?
 

Anyone know anything about this?

Some places let you pay/withdraw with Neteller as an alternative to cards/paypal.

Wondering how difficult it is to make a stealth Neteller..

This used to be easy when all that was required was a picture of the ID card; they now want a selfie too, so unless you find a way to phake the selfie too, you're screwed.

Not possible now. They wanted extra verification - selfie verification.

I know someone who can make this. Although I'm not sure if it's worth the cost/effort.

But once you have a Neteller, is it more stable than a PayPal account or can you still get whacked for sending too much money around?

e.g. If I try to send 1000 Eur to someone twice in one day, there is a very good chance paypal will flag me. Is Neteller any better?

I do not use Neteller quite too often, so i cannot confirm this. Sorry.

I would be interested to buy stealth Neteller if someone could list it here and aspkin approve it.
