Before you spread your nonsense perhaps you should share the source of the news. Your link sends people to 'RT-QuestionMore' website. When one looks up with this site is about here is what wikipedia has to say about it:
"RT (formerly Russia Today) is a Russian government-funded international television network. It operates pay television channels directed to audiences outside of Russia, as well as providing Internet content in English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, and Russian."
You want to trust the Russians as your source of information then good for you but trying to spread paranoia here using that garbage? that in my book is a big no-no and paints YOU as a Russian agent. Thats MY conspiracy theory.

Walkingupwards did not provide any theories, the information in his post is factual and it's down to us to how we interprete it.

I like RT, they often give you a different take from what you hear in the Western mainstream media.

It's funny where I hear RT constantly referred to as "government funded" it is of course, but then again so are the likes of the BBC in my country

the best idea america can come up is a rush on stimulus package to save the economy....and sit here and take their sweet time setting up hospitals and getting ventilators rushed to new york.

as you can see their priorities is money over lives....

america is more afraid of a recession and an economic collapse than your life.
