Is the information on how to get high-limit accounts common knowledge yet?

I have been consistently getting 250-1000K accounts.

Sometimes I get them reduced back to 5 items but I assume it is the Phone number or IP address....

Very nice analysis coupled with successful hits not common knowledge for sure though
