Hello, I was a j-1 student in USA and was issued a social security number. Can I open a USA eBay account using my social security number. Problem is I don’t have a registered address. Would that affect me being verified by paypal. And if so what options are there to obtain N address?

You could look at getting an online mailbox as an option for an address - it is a bit pricey like 15-20 a month
