what do you think of the official wii download site memberships, worth it?

hey you can download utorrent and download the games for wii off piratebay for free but you need a modded wii... and i don't encourage piration just telling you how to do it lol

You need to mod your wii. It's not illegal here in canada, since it can be used for homebrew use. It is illegal in the USA.

what are the issues with torrents , where it is illegal in countries, can you be traced??
