How to get USPS customer service
 

So there I was, trying to get a refund for three labels I didnt use. I call USPS and get this stupid automated message system from both numbers. To no avail, I cant find customer service or find out how to get a refund. So I keep yelling agent in the phone and finally it directs me to a person. The trick is to say "agent", then the automated message says, "u request customer service but I need blah blah blah", say "agent" again, then it says "u request customer service but I need blah blah blah" again, and again u say "agent" and finally u get customer service.

Short story, just keep saying agent until you get someone one.

Just like vodafone's LARA. Does my head. These big companies think automated is better. It ain't :boink:

I had called their Click n ship technical support but got the "this number is no longer working," called again and it said all the lines were busy, called the 1800 ASK USPS, and the other number twice and got no where. By the time I got someone I was about ready to go rambo, but I always treat customer service nice because their day of helping stupid customers probably has been worse than mines. I guess the secret with these automated systems is just to say "agent" or "customer service." Would be great if they would just say that in the automated messages.
