Is there a way to be stealth on facebook?I mean how to create new account.

i cant create any facebook account...facebook disable them and i do not know why.Also using anonymous browsers with VPN and nothing happens.

use mobile hot spot, and not private browser. use Firefox or internet explorer.
vpns stand out bad, they are necessary I understand but for account making mobile data IP usually isn't a red flag and a common browser also face book is difficult and becareful what pics you upload etc

It may be extreme, but have you tried reinstalling your OS completely, make a new user account and use a Residential IP?
