I saw a lot of Chinese guys getting Infos from inside amazon like if one account getting suspended they have guys inside who can pull info out of inside worker's account closed for this reason etc. So there are huge amounts going on in there everything is possible :)

eBay and Royal Mail staffs have been caught in the past. A big seller used to buy out their holiday on an ongoing basis. In return they turned a blind eye while he ran off with his loot. He was a sort of robin hood because we all got his stuff really cheap and always wondered how he did it.

How exactly do you bribe them? Can't be over the phone as they record calls right?

That's correct. It's babz.

If you dig deeper on the internet, you'd get the full story.

When you're a big seller, both your account managers will be all over you.
The moment we hit 30k per year in RM fees, things changed for us. We've been given preference ever since. Minor mistakes that would otherwise be referred to the revenue team are automatically overlooked and discussed in retrospect - so mails are never on hold.

Personally, I think that kind of preference will suffice.

In 2018, I purchased from a competitor whom I occasionally chat to.

I found they were manually sending out items! They no longer had a Royal Mail Business account. They'd done something silly and lost their account. This meant they now spend thousands of pounds in extra postage fees and expend loads of extra time manually sending out items.

That leads to a point that everyone has a price and a system or institution build of humans can never be ideal or perfect.
