At the time I was selling virtual currencies for online games. It was perfectly fine for about a year and than one day eBay selectively started to ban those sellers for no reason.

Thats exactly how I started off on ebay as well.
The good old days when I sold 10,000 platinum pieces on 'Everquest' for $250... good times.

Used to buy high level characters and sell off the pieces and then the bare character itself as well. Tripled my money on each of those

The ironic thing about that was that it completely ruined the game for me. I could no longer enjoy it cause there was no more challenge - I had all the best equipment and all the various race/class combos at the highest level...
