Question about "Ebay Gift Cards"

As long as I've been on eBay I have NEVER thought about purchasing gift cards.

If I were to buy multiple eBay Gift Cards would I have the ability to "combine" them to create a bigger balance, similar to how we can with Amazon cards?

From what I remember you can use several gift cards in one order but you cannot actually combine them into one large gift card.
Using multiple gift cards can come across as suspicious too so take that into account.
