Is there a website that allows YouTube phone sms verification. YouTube send a sms to the number to verify then your free to open the YouTube account. They must be a website that offers this?

Just google 'free sms' and you'll get a list of sites which offer this service.

None of them are particularly good as they're all used for less-than-normal purposes and the numbers are inevitably blacklisted when endless folk use them for the same wesbsites.

If it's important to you then get a PAYG sim, they start from a fiver or less and will come with some credit.
