A Problem On Outlook!
 

Hello friends,

This is my first post on this forum. Recently I am encountering a serious problem on Outlook. The problem is outlook is stuck to the loading profile. I have been facing this kind of problem since yesterday night when I was going to check out my mails. I can't figure out the issue behind this. Has anyone else come across this problem? Any help would be highly appreciated.

It's possibly an add-in or your antivirus, etc.
Try starting outlook in safe mode:
Windows 7/10 Start-> type; outlook.exe /safe

If it loads up fine, disable all add-ins:
File-> Options-> section Add-Ins

Restart outlook in normal mode and then enable add-ins one at a time. Make sure to restart outlook in normal mode each time you enable an add-in.

If that does not work, try uninstalling any anti virus outlook integration. on-access scanner still protects your files so any mail anti-virus integration is useless.

I'd migrate to Thunderbird.

Thank you so much everyone for your help. Anyway I have figured it out myself from this article by resetting the navigation panel. Now it's opening smoothly, there is no issue while opening outlook on Chrome.
