Default Investing?

What stocks or index funds do you have your money invested in for long term growth, looking to invest my money from my saving account into index funds? Already have some money in crypto.

Thanks in advance for your advice.

For Canada, bank stocks (any of the big ones) and energy providers are good examples of long term growth

I prefer mutual fund vs ETF,as good fund managers can rid bad stocks at their discretion.
You can go to Morning Star and review their ratings.

I personally invested in technical and cosmetic companies. The thing is that nowadays, everyone is trying to look well-groomed and presentable, so almost all salons or branded cosmetics stores are making good money.

The same goes for technical companies, which are gaining popularity given how many repair and construction companies there are now. As a rule of thumb, companies in almost every field sell their stock. So if you want to delve into this topic, https://www.moneyunder30.com/ can help you. With proper attention, you can quickly build up to 30 years of capital.

tech stocks are mostly growth stocks with high P/E(except IBM) and they are being slaughtered due to rising interest rate(MSFT,GOOG,AMZN,TXN) but not as bad as the semiconductor stocks like Nivida,MU,AMD,Lam Research,Applied Material due to their Chinese exposure.
With a strong dollar, companies which do a lot of business overseas are also down as their foreign revenue translated into US dollar will look less,MCD is one good example.
Canada has large operations in Alberta ,exporting LNG to Asia, worth looking into, come this winter,SE Asian countries would be competing with Europe for LNG
