Problem with approved seller
 

I ordered something from an approved seller on this platform over a week ago but did not receive a thing. I have been messaging the seller and he replies after a long delay about how "he thought it was sent but will make sure to do so today". He did this a few times already- what options are there on this forum and how can I report him? How is he approved if he doesn't deliver?

If he would be straight up initially about the delay it would be a different story......

you were probably messaging with a scammer impersonating the approved seller...

Thx- how can I tell if it is the actual approved seller member or a ⊗⊗⊗⊗?
The names and everything checks out...

Use only private messages and double-check who you're sending messages to.
telegram or other messengers can be ⊗⊗⊗⊗d

I was using PM on the forum and triple checked....
Seller name still matches
