WMT delivery

I placed an order on WMT.COM yesterday and it was delivered today.
First partial order was delivered by a WMT employee,(I asked),the second was delivered a few hours later by another person,I dont know if she is an employee or not as it was left outside my house.
Does WMT still have a policy that WMT employee can also deliver orders after work and earn extra $$??
And do they still offer to place your grocery items in your fridge if you ask?
