I have created a Mercari Account via url but they are now asking to log in via Mercari app and submit documents for review. How can I access the Mercari app without flagging my real IP? Thanks.

Place an emulator and within the emulator use a VPN with a Residential IP, before using that VPN verify that it is not risky.
The documents you send must be of very good quality. Try to use places with good light.

I have the same issue, but I need to access Mercari on my phone to verify my identity, I need to know what secure VPN can bypass for Mercari app...

You can find it in the services and sales area of the forums. Apart from the IP, you must use an app to mask your identity.

you dont need vpn if you are in the usa - your flag shows as usa

If you are based in the US then its OK to use just use the phones IP
