Emulator

I know that pc emulator is designed so that you can download google apps and work exactly like your phone but if I need to hide my IP and use a VPN, would it be possible to use a VPN in conjunction with my pc emulator? Thanks.

Hello, totally possible, you can use a VPN on the computer and within the emulator use a VPN with another new IP, technically there is no problem

Yes, you can use a VPN with a PC emulator. You would set up the VPN on your computer, and it should then protect the internet traffic from the emulator as well.
