well I didnt see auctions but he was selling them at a price that didnt cause suspicion, so I assume high, if you are going to sell KO, the price should reflect that IMO - anyway his problem was he did too much I think, got caught by trading standards after customer complained to them, so he was obviously traced somehow....
niceeee..... very true... it was the greed... if he made millions of selling knockouts... i think thats enough money to go into something legit...maybe evan open your own company of gulf clubs naming them after your self...

Anything over 10k is federal, I've read about people getting busted with alot less and they're usualy busted by what they find in your house when they raid it so as long as you don't keep more than 10k worth of goods in your house you should be good I think
^^^....dust. If a matter of recovering foo foo goods is a law enforcement operation, the amount can be anything. Federal or State will make no difference. There was an operation in Nevada (I think) where the gang had items dispersed around their houses in what they thought was low value: still got charged.
