I recently lost $600 to a scam by "cout kyc/tool." They promised selfie verification software but never delivered. I should have been more cautious, but please be careful if you're considering doing business with anyone using this username or something similar.

How did you make payment to them InvisAlign?

Might be a way there to recoup funds...possibly
