With 145% import taxes, it makes it nearly impossible to profit on things, however if upcoming talks gets everything under 60% that'll be cool, but still not great.

Neither party looks too thrilled,just said it is substantial progress,whatever it means.

My business has slowed down to almost zero sales,but I cant blame Trump,it starts months ago,it has to do with non discretionary items prices keep rising-insurance,food,rent,services.
These days I get low ball offers,people want to buy my stuff cheap and mark it up to sell at a higher price !

he claimed 30% now.... but still tarrif is basically the gov profiting from YOU.
For a lot of business that makes 10% - 50% profit, this is still a killer.

I’ve got huge tariffs on aluminium, steel and glass for US clients which we are exporting too.

The crazy thing is some of these are government contracts so ultimately it’s the US taxpayer paying for it, as I invoice them the cost as an addition invoice line.

Insane.

We in US import aluminium from Canada.
And lets not talk about copper,we mine copper but Rio Tinto is the only one which has a refinery.

It does nt matter if it is govt or private enterprise,they will all be passed on to the consumers.

He has only 1 child left from his first marriage,he lost his wife and daughter in a car accident and one son when he was VP under Obama.
He and his second wife do not have any children.

There is also problem with the Democractic Party,it is leaning towards socialism,the White House kept hiding the fact Biden is turning senile,his wife said he is in top shape to run for a second term,he kept insisting he is in good shape,until the party members fear for their own paycheck and urge him to stop.
The latest controversy is Autopen,did Biden use autopen as he is too senile to sign documents??

Most of my sales are to the USA, and I’m not really sure what to do going forward. My items range from £100 to £350, and I have no idea how much buyers will be charged once the parcel arrives. I also don’t want to risk receiving negative feedback due to unexpected customs fees.

Should I cancel all shipments to the USA, or is there a way to pre-pay the import charges for them? If it’s around $50, I’d be happy to cover it, but anything more would eat into my profits.

I went to the post office today to send something locally, and the guy behind the counter said, “Oh, not to the US, is it?” Are things really that bad?

I think we are about to see a major crash business wise, and it's being done on purpose, theres no other way to explain it. No one can be that stupid. We were given 4 years of a puppet president who pooped himself just so the masses would clamor for 'law and order', now they have their mandate to crash it all.
