I'm just glad it's Pope Francis' real successor and focuses on social justice and not some radical nutjob.

He is still a US citizen,so he would have to file income tax return, his free housing would be reported as extra iincome on top of his $33k/month salary.
just how should they assess that free housing to be worth?
free meals,free use of limos,personal assisstants,free haircut?

From the reaction here in the UK he’s doing a lot of bringing people together and bridging the anti Trump brigade with unity.

More power to him, his personal brand and career legacy is extremely powerful

There are more protestants in US than Mormons or catholics.
I am not even sure the younger generation goes to church?

No,I am an atheist.
Some religions believe in reincanation, when the Dali Lamai died, they go looking for him .
Some children in India will talk about their past life !
This Pope when he was a kid ,he is not interesting in kid games,he likes to hold communion.
The Tibetan book of living and dying even coach you how to reincarnate !

No,Trump was in Middle East,he just got back.
Since the Pope has not given u p his US citizenship, there is speculation of his tax status, now we know the order he belongs-the AUGUSTINE,all his earnings belonged to the order which supposedly donate to the poor,so he owes nothing and should pay no taxes .
His salary as a Pope is $33K/month,so I assume the order gets it too?
He is also a Peruvian citizen.

The last time the vice prez visited the pope it didn't turn out too good - I'd keep a distance from the US leadership if I was him...

You thought wrongly - and there is no "conversion" to Hinduism...read about it, it's actually just interesting way of life acceptance

Yes, VP and the previous pope exchanged a handshake, well he didn't last long after that meeting...
