Yes, but be aware that it has manipulated copy of Windows 11 on it.

Meaning: Microsoft can at any time cease updates and support on it, because that is a 4th generation i7 and Windows 11 requires 8th generation and up.

ALSO: per the description..

“Expect minor scratches / dings / blemishes - Used - Shows signs of use - Power cord is not included”

You would NEVER want to use a NON-OEM power supply on a Dell business class laptop. So factor in having to purchase a real Dell OEM for about $20.
