I received an $800 gift card (mobile) for BestBuy from my airline for volunteering to take a later flight today. I'm thinking of buying a nintendo switch 2 bundle and possibly selling it on ebay or offerup. what do you guys think? or should I just keep the nintendo switch 2 for myself

Just hope they don't lock your account up and confiscate the gift card. I'd use it from an aged BestBuy account if I were you. A lot of abuse with giftcards online, you know...

Bestbuy is pretty good with its online customer service,your card is legit,there should be no problem buying from BBY.
Or you can go to a physical store and buy there instead,I believe they offer free shipping.

I recommend the OP uses a good old account that has purchase history.
Redeeming a $800 gift card on a brand new account is playing with fire nowadays.:lol:

I get a $10 gift card each year ,I am not a big buyer.I use the card to buy computer paper.
If you use your $800 gift card,I bet you will get a gift card every year !

I get a $10 gift card every year ,I have bought from BBY in the past but not a big buyer,so if he spends $800 ,he could be added to the list of getting $10 gift card.
I have bought a Lenovo PC,a TV set,a countertop toaster oven,humidifier ?Have not stepped foot in their store for years !

I sure wish I could get on the preferred client list for the Best Buy annual gift card giveaway. I can say for certain I've purchased computer paper, car stereo speakers, and at least one chromebook in the past ten years from Best Buy. Now that I'm hearing about this secret program I'm actually kind of disheartened and disappointed, because I'm somewhat larger than a relatively small buyer - and I do step foot in their stores! :juggle:

May be I did buy more,a toshiba TV plus dvd player set which stopped working must be my first purchase after they break away from AMZN.
Do you know it used to sell on AMZN,then realise it is a mistake,so they built their own website,I am one of its early customers.
But you cant really find anything which costs $10,I have to pay more for a box of computer paper,shipping is free,i think paper is $11.xx

There is an Ebay seller who buys the returns from BBY and sell on Ebay.
The reason why BBY dropped out of Amzn marketplace is that it does not want to promote AMZN

I haven't stepped in a Best Buy or used it online in years - possibly even a decade.

They used to offer cash,but now gift cards.
Some prefer AMZN over BBY.
