my poor wife was wrongly banned from reddit for spamming. she did what she was supposed to do and waited for the appeal, which was denied. then she waited 4 ****ing months for the 2nd appeal to be denied.
i feel so terrible sitting here with 15-20 perfectly fine accounts im not supposed to have....and i have no knowledge to help her. can anyone please point me in the right direction?

Sadly, spamming is a big accusation - there is not much can be done from what I understand with reddit except to keep trying for an appeal. There is no formal customer service rep or live chat.
Maybe other ppl here will post with options over time.
