How easy to get back on Google Adwords?

hey,

i have been suspended from amazon and ebay and easily managed to get back on them both, both accounts have been running for over 8 months now with no problems.

so how easy would you say it is to get back on google adwords, do you think they are more or less strict in the way they check for previous suspended users?
