its for one tooth that has over last few years popped forward a little and its noticable, its a spacing issue I think. I want to know cheapest way of getting it fixed. My dentist said cheapest thing was a plastic retainer with a metal hook on it that you wore, as much as possible and it should straighten in under a year..quoted £650, bit steep for something so basic, ok they take an impression etc and a follow up appointment..its cheaper than invisasign and all that, any suggestions??

oh, and another thing my basic blue light tooth whitener device (from argos), doesnt do much that I notice...drink lots of tea and coffee and wine doesnt help, I know...best home recipe anyone??

Simple 3% Peroxide helps out immensely for whiting teeth. I too drink lots of coffee. Gurgle for about 2 min everday and within 3-4 days you can see results. It is the same ingredient in whiting paste/gels just more concentrated. And cheaper.

Did you end up doing anything about this yet? I'm actually having the same problem (with the spacing, not the staining) but glad to hear there's something cheaper than Invisalign at least.
