Need Multiple HD set (hdmi) hookup w/ Direct TV help...not pirating

Anybody that knows anything about Direct TV and HD runs...I NEED YOUR HELP!

I am trying to get some information to help a friend out who runs a sports bar that wants to convert over to HD.
He is subscribed to Direct TV and wants to start running his plasmas HD...right now the sets are fed through rf coax.
He currently has 4 boxes that feed multiple sets. The current system utilizes 2 DA-550BID bi-directional switches. These feed out regular co-ax cables to the sets in the bar. The boxes are supposed to be HD but because the sets are being fed with coax the signal that reaches them is not HD.
The boxes all have HDMI out and all of the sets have HDMI in. So what he is looking for is an HDMI version of the DA-550BID. Is there such a thing? If so what is it called? If not, what will he need to do to get HD to all of the sets?
The way the system is set up right now the sets can be switched to 4 different channels (one for each of the boxes) so there can be 4 different events on any of the sets throughut the bar.
I doubt that a system like that would work fo HD because the signal coming through to each set is no longer RF but HDMI.
Any suggestions other than possibly getting box for each set?
With the wealth of knowledge here on all topics there must be someone that can help.
Thanks for any advice you can offer

You need a HDMI splitter. Go to your local Radio Shack and ask for one. That should fix you up.

I think it's more complicated than that. Right now there are 4 boxes and like a dozen sets. The boxes can each be set on a different channel and then any of the TVs can be set to any one of those boxes. Using a splitter would mean that only one signal woulg get split...would be much easier to diagram...
Make sense?

Like Aspkin said, You will need an HDMI splitter.

HDMI Splitters come in many different configurations such as (1 input x 2 Output), 1X5 or 1X10 or 2X5 or 2X10 HDMI Splitters etc.
