Will horror stories
heard some stories on the radio about people that did not make a will or didnt do it properly and had problems....
I was wondering if anyone knew about this point; how do you protect your kids inheritance if you die and the other half remarries? The new spouse would then inherit everything if they survived. What if you get an inheritance from your own parents, why would you want that to get lost amongst the shared assets, and not go to your kids..
So, what is the easiest way to provide for your spouse if you die, BUT to make sure that if they in turn die, your kids get it and not their new spouse??
