there are free carts out there, 200$ for a cart seems steep.

you can google "free shopping cart"
or, it should come with hosting.
i have hosting with Reseller Hosting with Failover - Cheap and Affordable Reseller Web Hosting from Reseller Zoom
and there they have a few shopping carts that you can set up through fantastico in your website admin.
ive got cubecart setup on one of my sites..and its free..(130$ to buy separately, OR you can get the older version for free) - CubeCart eCommerce - Free online shopping cart software.

Free ones are free for a reason. Trust me this one is well worth it. I've spent more for less before. This one is one of the best I've found for its price.
