Ebay Resolution Center problem
I have a strange problem with ebay.
Sold a couple of items and was not paid for them so opened non payer alert cases against the buyers.
7 days go by and its time to close the cases to get the FVF refunded back to my account.
For some strange reason it does not work. When I click on the link to 'Take Action' its supposed to give me the option to close case - it did before. But now - NOTHING. I can click all I want on the 'take action link or on the arrow beside it and it offers no response whatsoever. Tried reloading the page -nothing. Tried compatibility view - nothing.
I should note that I just upgraded from IE7 to IE8 and from Windowes XP to Windows 7. Is there something I am doing wrong? How the hell do I close these cases now and get my FVF refund? Has anyone else run into this problem?
