Chances are you have quite a few favourite movies. But if you could have only one movie to take with you on a desert island, what would it be?

Hmmmmm, kind of hard to answer since I have seen my favorite movie about 25 times already. Might as well watch it few hundred times more on the "desert island".

I knew someone would come out with something like this. I was going to put a disclaimer in, but then I could in every thread. You could've said Cast Away if you wanted to be like that. This is completely hypothetical, one movie only.

This movie is so damn awesome, certainly not the most thought provoking, artistic or dramatic, but the pure entertainment value and nostalgia is in my opinion the very best! I've watched this movie all the way through without cutting it off countless times. Don't forget all the fun, adventure and quotable lines!
