Ebay Stealth ebook Problem

Okay, I was advised to buy ebay stealth, which I did.

I downloaded the ebook, and I cant view it.

I followed all steps on this page

faq:blank_page [Secure-eBook Documentation]

And I still cant view the ebook :(

Is there another way to view it? Or can I get a refund?
