Use PDAnet or Tether for Dynamic IP
 

PDAnet for your android or Iphone if you jailbreak it will give you a Dynamic IP everytime.

Love the pdanet considering I get a new IP everytime the phone is turned off then turned on. :D

Pdanet works great. I use to use it, until I found MyWi, it works just like Pdanet except you connect by wireless not USB.


Nephilim, To get a new ip all you have to do is turn airplane mode on for 2-3 seconds and then turn it off and you will have a new ip. :)

It was several months ago when I used it, but the wifi option was giving me lots of problems with pdanet. So I switched to MyWi and haven't had one problem since. :D

As long as you have some sort of data plan with it, it would be ok. I had ran a huge bill just by using the pda net. Now I know to get an unlimited data plan or else my bill would be enormous.:laugh:

Too bad I don't need/use the phone enough to sign up for a contract.

Would it work with prepaid or anything?
