:violin::laugh: @ Rsot.

Aspkin - i am loving eminem right now, and sadly Enrique Iglesea's new one. Im also a lover  of powderfinger, REM, anything 80's, especially Guns and Roses, INXS, pretty much anything of todays music and anything dance/techno/rave/house etc etc.

holyhell 08-24-2010 03:07 PM

Metal metal metal, all the time. The faster the better. Napalm Death, Nile, Immortal, Slayer......

aking 08-24-2010 03:32 PM

Awesome 80s on AOL Radio! :peace:

TGMT² 08-24-2010 04:24 PM

Not a music fan, but have all my favorite talk radio stations programed in.

Like to listen to current events and politics.

But music wise...will occasionally put in a 60's or 70's music CD in when traveling through the mountains where there is no radio reception.

You are speaking my language! Love metal! Behemoth, Hecate enthroned, some children of bodom! :thumb:

Also any other type of music. As long as it sounds good to me, I like it! =)

Most likely will go when they come on the 14th to Bronx, NY at the Yankee Stadium! :D

Lately all I've been listening to is Eminem's Recovery album. One of my favorite albums of all time and definitely album of the year!

Next week or so I'm going to listen to Rick Ross Teflon Don album. I heard it's great and the beats are MAGNIFICENT! As well as the Fat Joe's album which has amazing beats and solid production.

jbluntz 08-25-2010 12:23 AM

You guys must be youngsters, I'm in my 30's used to listen to alot east coast hip-hop, break dance, 80's freestyle when I was younger transitioned into house/ trance as I got older.

If you want hear a real white rapper better than M&M that would be Man Parrish "Boogie Down Bronx"

Recherché 08-25-2010 12:46 AM

Being African-American I no longer find hip-hop and rap tolerable anymore (been that way for over a decade now). I still listen to 80's, disco, old R&B, Soul, Rock (classic, soft, hard), but nothing compares to metal. Slayer, Megadeth, Death, Sabbath, Maiden. All the old school groups. My all time favorite: Zeppelin.

digitalslave 08-25-2010 01:01 AM

Depends on what time of the day it is for me.
In the am, I lean toward classic rock, afternoon I switch it up to Metal.
Unplugged acoustical rock at night. Sometimes C&W.

jamblix 08-26-2010 03:44 AM

Bit of everything for me, I'm 21 but, I think I have old school taste in music. Most notable figures:

Jimi Hendrix (Voodoo Child, Little Wing, nearly everything the man is legend)

Kansas (Carry On My Wayward Son, Dust in the Wind)

Boston (can't help it their songs make me feel good.)

Michael Jackson (I don't care what anybody says, he's the King of Pop)

Tupac (nobody ****s with Tupac)

Wu-Tang Clan (KILLER BEES ON ATTACK!)

Frank Sinatra (so cool, so classic)

Nina Simone (Feelin' Good)

Eagles (who doesn't like Hotel California?)

Michael Hedges (Funky Avocado)
Andy Mckee (youtube him and listen to "Drifting" you'll end up listening to his music for hours)
Kotaro Oshio
Antoine Dufour
Andrew White (these three guys are equally awesome)

Pink Floyd (the guitar solo for "Comfortably Numb" is just absolutely epic)

Sultans of Swing (Dire Straits)

There are probably so many more that I forgot to mention but, my absolute favorite song ever is "Feelin' Good" by Nina Simone or Michael Buble. If you have not listened to this song yet, you MUST, I insist, please: or for a new school or fresher version

What I'm listening to right now:

I would much rather go to Yankee Stadium since I'm a Yankee fan, to watch them...but being in Michigan, gotta go to Detroit.

Blackhorse 08-26-2010 02:47 PM
