A funny conversation I had with an eBay buyer ...
 
This is a short but funny one. :peace:

A buyer contacted me yesterday saying that he wants to return an item he bought. Good, I asked him the reason and he said "because my wife doesn't like the color". I said no problem, just return it to the return address for a refund. Then he says "but I don't want to pay for the return shipping, what do you suggest?".

Obviously I'm not paying him for the return shipping just because his wife doesn't like the color, so I tell him to check with his post office if there's a free shipping option. :lol:

Guess what, today he sends me another message saying "I went to the post office today but they said there's no free shipping option. what now?".

Well, duh... :doh:

Ha what an ign'ant buyer. Tell him the only option is "Return to Sender" if he still has original packaging but there will be no tracking number so let's be honest ha.

Problem with this is even though we are in our full rights to have buyer pay for return shipping the bloody SNAD is always a punch in the face.

Instead of playing with him it might be best to just tell him he needs to return it for refund and thats that.

Well if he isn't so smart to understand how shipping works, if he does file claim with paypal and says "Didn't like" - they will still say to ship for refund ha.

Only problem I can see is if he does a cc chargeback so beware...

Wow... hilarious. He's obviously a moron.... be careful for sure. You don't want to lose the money and the product.
