ems tracking available in seconds??
 

made an order earlier today, as soon as I made payment, the supplier gave me ems tracking number within seconds, so I queried it and he said they will post tomorrow, not wanting to look silly I left it as I dont know if they can get ems online eg, pay for postage and get tracking before package sent.

Over in UK you can get regular print off stamp/stickers online if you pay for them but CANNOT get tracking until package is scanned at post office.

Can anyone confirm, can ems tracking number be obtained BEFORE item is sent

YES - it can even be obtained before it is packed! That's just the way postal services in those countries work - they mass buy shipping labels with the tracking numbers already on, process it and then post it.
