200mil registered account, only 87 mil in use paypal...

so has anybody paid attention like i have on paypals website where i use to see about 200 million - 250 million registered paypal accounts months ago or a year or 2 ago and now it says 87 million people worlwide using paypal. i guess more than 100 million accounts are banned. lol...

They said F Paypal and started using a merchant acct or 2 thirds were stealth and got 180 days

Yes I had noticed that. There is a difference in what they're saying though - 87M PEOPLE USE and 200-250M REGISTERED ACCOUNTS.
