adobe acrobat/reader have always been a bit temperamental, but usually ok for docs I need to read eg pdf. sometimes it says error unsupported file type etc....
Adobe Acrobat Reader will display all .pdf extensions. If you're getting unsupported file type error, it means the extension of the file you're trying to view cannot be displayed in Adobe. So either the extension has been corrupted, or needs to be converted into a .pdf file type or more likely you need a different program to access the file. Some file types such as .nrg can only run in Mac OSX. What file type/extension are you trying to open and in what operating system?
Is your Adobe reader up to date? Sometimes this happens to me and an update usually solves it.
yup uninstalled and re-installed newest version recently...these things always happen to me, well I learn new stuff from this forum everyday (mostly legal stuff)....
You could also install foxit along with acrobat. A free pdf reader that is less moody. But if PDF is ok acrobat should really read it. Could be bogus or corrupted torrent files
