Where can i buy refurbished/used ipads for SELF USE?

TJMaxx had brand new ipads for $399.99 at select stores, but they are all sold out (at least in my area). Does anyone know where I can buy used/refurbished 16gb wifi ipads for a good price? I don't want wholesale prices to resale, i just want to purchase just 1 as a Christmas present to myself. Thanks

Yeah, by an ipod touch with wifi.... or an old mac book?

I'm not really impressed with ipads honestly... I don't get it. Also, I'm sure after the holiday season, these will fall dramatically in price.
