buying with stealth account on ebay

I'm curious to know how do people buy things off of ebay if you're using a "buyers stealth account"? If the address really isn't your owns i'm wondering how do you receive the items you bought? If anyone knows please let me know, because most sellers only ship to confirmed paypal addresses....

Remember to always check and see if they are ok with shipping to a NON-VERIFIED location. I usually say it's because it's a "gift".
