hughesnet ip

first of all, thanks Aspkin for everything your doing here.
second, thanks to all of the other people where contribute to this fantastic site.
ok, here i go....i have hughesnet and i just cant figure out the dern ip changing. Does the hughesnet share the same ip numbers with alot of others or is a unique number to only one computer.
i go to iburger and the current ip adress is xx.xxx.xxx.20
when i reset my modem that hughes gave me by unplugging and plugging back in...i get almost the same numbers....xx.xxx.xxx.21 or 22 or 23 or 24 or 25. the last 2 numbers are the only numbers that change.
I would like to know if i get to where i want to open two stealth accounts, and i have one account with the last two numbers 20 and the other one 21, would that be fine?
also, i have a heck of a time trying to get the exact last two numbers exactly where i need them. i can do it, but manoman, takes 4-6 times reseting the dern thing.
I'm hoping that since i have hughenet i dont have to worry about the ip thing.
I know this is probly a pre newbie question but if i can just go one step at a time and absorb slowly the information i'll be better off.
I havent bought the book yet but i will in the next few days.
i have read alot here and learned alot....i just have to read read read....

can someone please tell me exactly what numbers(ip) ebay see's .
I go to IPBurger.com and i see Current ip address 67.xxx.xxx.25
I then turn everything off, computer,hn9000 hughes modem and unplug everything for 5 minutes(i've even tried overnight)
i go back to IPBurger.com and i get 67.xxx.xxx.21
sometimes i get the last two numbers as 20, 21.22, 23, 24 or 25, but the first few numbers are always the same.
when i go to myhughesnet i see the same number of my ip as i see at IPBurger.com
Then on the myhughesnet page, near the bottom, i also see another ip number that says: Myhughesnet IP:66.xx.x1.5
this number has never changed for me yet, always stays the same.
Could someone Please tell me what numbers fleabay see's:>

let me ask this then........does the book have information about the hn9000 modem (hughesnet) hooked directly to the computer and just how to change ip's? The release and configure in the black screen dont work.
Does anyone here have the hughesnet setup?
Can i even set up stealth with hughesnet?
Any help would be gr8ly appreciated.
