Can you sell reservations?
 

Let's say you have reservations for the hippest new places or the most highly sought after venue, like a new sushi joint or a very rare event. And you have reservations, is it legal to sell?

The only problem I can come up with is the name, but I've never been checked for ID when taking a reservation. I was thinking if I could get reservations a month or more in advance and then sell those reservations on craigslist or build a website that could buy and sell reservations.

You would have to check the State liquor trading laws, amongst other things.
If it is a licensed establishment, then it will more than likely not be legal to sell to minors. (ie those under whatever the State legal age is). There will be by-laws to look into even for an online site.:juggle:
