anyone get these? first time they called a long time ago, I said yes this is so and so, realised they were a scam and told them wasnt interested.

you know the ones that try and sell you ⊗⊗⊗⊗ shares or scams,

I never give out my number so all I can think is it got sold on from somewhere legit.

always international call, no number comes up, they call every few weeks or months, they ask for me, but when I hear the noise in background I always say can I take a message, as I dont talk to call centres even legit ones, they say they wont leave a message, and try and question me or ask when oomp will be back etc, and I am like, leave a message, they say I will call back tonight! or can you give me their cell phone, thats when I know its the scammers, because legit places do not get pushy. Ive said doesnt live here anymore, stop calling etc, left the phone
laying there until they hang up.....

I hate when that happens, being the big kid that I am, I actually start having crazy conversations with them until they hang up.

Nonsense - exactly like that movie. Be careful.

I heard something hilarious a few years back from comedians calling themselves the Jerky Boys. Someone called on the phone, a salesman, and the guy - very politely - asked the caller to hold on a second and placed the phone down on the table next to him.

Then he started yelling at an imaginary wife.... Screaming something like - Can't you see I'm on the phone you ^$#%# Who*^??? Didn't you learn your &^%^ lesson??? Do I have to beat you AGAIN??? GET BACK IN YOUR CAGE B****!

Then he picked the phoine back up and all he heard was a dialtone.....

To be clear I am NOT advocating any disrespect to women. But this was so funny, I nearly peed in my pants the first time I heard it. Just make them think you are a raving lunatic...

Jerky Boys is old, but good stuff!

Jerky Boys movie exists jeffweico - it's a stinker but still a good passing of time.

At one time there were a group targeting farmers and we got a call. I took the call and they asked for my other half. He must have been on the phone for a good half an hour, I was mouthing at him that dinner was on the table when he said "look, I really am glad you called as I need to make some money fast, my bankruptcy hearing is at 10 tomorrow morning, can I get back to you after that?" .... we could never work out why they hung up on him and never called again.

That's why I love my iphone use apps for everything especially block callers. It automatically rings and hangs up on them. I hate talking to telemarketers they never take you off the list always call no matter what!
