FREE Bulk E-Mail Sender

Hello fellow stealthers. I am looking for recommendations for a freeware Bulk e-mail Sending program - as anybody on here any views? I have a database of approx. 1800 e-mails from customers and I want to send them a standard e-mail pointing them in my website's direction so the "freebie" would need to be able to handle large lists.
