Man I wonder what my brain looks like...according to this probably not as good as it should..

Is it walnuts in particular or all nuts (e.g. peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, etc.?)

Nuts instead of meat is healthier and is less likely to encourage male hair loss.

haha I eat all meat hamburgers, steaks, roast etc...no nuts (e.g. peanuts, almonds, cashews, pecans, etc)..hate em all..maybe thats why im semi bald? I think its mostly genetics tho..

Ive been reading on a forum about using minoxidil for beards...seems people have had some success, some w/ side effects..I usually don't get side effects from anything..I almost have a full one just not alot in the cheek area I might try it..I'll try it for my head too..

Hi, believe me this stuff helps. My son is on a special diet, and we load him up on omega 3's (which is what is in the salmon) in the form of flaxseeds. He refuses the fish oil though. When treating these disorders just be careful of high mercury content in fish. It's all pretty cool stuff. I feed my children well but unfortunately after they are in bed mom brings out her oreo's and junk! We also use natural immune boosters too such as black elderberry syrup, probiotics, etc. I have seen wonderful changes in him as a result of diet.
