I know people take finasteride and minoxidil for hair loss, but I read that the Japanese used to eat mostly rice and they didn't go bald until the west came in and they ate diets like Europeans.

Yeah ive tried a couple things when my hair was long and it was more noticeable but personally it hasn't really ever bothered me...

Probabaly eating too much meat is messing you up. Eat more greens and good carbs.

Also look up Biotin.
