Hotmail blocking emails from Yahoo?

Anyone notice this? I've attempted to email ppl from two different yahoo accounts and they both came back to me with error messages that describing my email as spam, etc.

I've seen hotmail doing that for a long time. Hotmail has for a long time been used to mainly send spam and now they insult everyone by blocking most legitimate emails to hotmail members as spam.
