Problem w/ U.S Customs
 

Hopefully somebody can give me some advice here. I had an order of NFL jerseys coming in from China. 10 jerseys, tracking says they were; Inbound International Arrival. They have been there for one month. USPS cannot track inside Customs facility and Customs says they have no way to tell if package is still in the facility. It's over $200 worth of merchandise and all of a sudden nobody knows where it is.
If anyone know who else I can contact, I would really appreciate it. I thought maybe they had detained it but when they do that they notify you by mail and phone call. Have received neither. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks....

Yeah if you haven't gotten that letter im not sure what you could do. USPS is hard to deal with much less Customs. And the company you bought them from knows for sure thay were shipped out?

Yes they were shipped. I have all tracking info up until Inbound Customs. Thanks.

If i do eventually receive a letter. What do you do then? Will they release the merchandise to you?

They will give you a few choices, like send the merchandise to you or have it destroyed..if they send you one it should be soon..

How many days since they arrived in the USA? It is meant to happen within 15
days although it can take longer. After that it goes to a warehouse for 6 months storage.(You pay the costs). The parcel may be still being processed or
some customs guys have new NFL jerseys.

It arrived in the US on Feb 20th. If I don't hear from them soon you are probably right, one of customs workers is wearing a Marion Barber Pro Bowl jersey.

These jerseys are counterfeit, if i were you i would just let it go and dont put up a fight and move on.

chinese suppliers i have delt with int he past give me insurance that if it gets caught up in customs then would resend it for free.

do you know which customs have it? Like which state is it being held in?

Ive only had it happen with ordering cigarettes a few years ago..haha..I didn't respond to the letters and that meant they would be "destroyed"..im glad I didn't get a visit..
