Where to stay in LA *OFF Topic*
 

Hi guys, am planning to visit Vegas and LA with a group of male friends. Just need to know where would be the best area for us to stay around. We want to party so which areas in LA has the best clubs and night life? :)

I stayed at Ceasurs Palace in Vegas in Feb and it was nice..lotta clubs right in the hotels..

Well we gonna check out all the top clubs in Vegas, its LA where I am a little concerned about. Any ideas?

This is a nice place right downtown in the strip and very inexpensive. $15 per person. If you are willing to pay $60, you can get a private room with 4 beds.

Hosteling International is different from just staying at a Motel or Hotel. Though it is less expensive, it attracts a much better crowd of people. Feels more like being with a family, you meet people from all over the world, many Teachers etc...

Check if there is a curfew, some hostels lock the outside gate at night around 10 pm so it is difficult to drive in but being downtown means you can walk to wherever...

Going to the desert in the summer sucks, but if you don't mind 90 degrees plus each day it will be ok.

I guess you can sleep all day and party in the night. Vegas doesn't look so nice in the daytime anyway. Lots of blight and empty foreclosed houses all over the place.

Thanks guy, I have sorted out a suite in Hilton for our stay in Vegas. Was thinking of booking the Omni downtown hotel for our stay in LA. Does anyone know if this is close to the night life?
